Gözde was established under the trade name of Gözde Finansal Hizmetler A.Ş. on 22 January 2010 and the trade name was changed as Gözde Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş in July 2011.
Gözde aims to invest in non-food companies that need financial and operational restructuring and that promise relatively fast returns and high financial returns. Gözde has adopted the principle of efficiently using the strategic advantages, knowledge and expert resources that Yıldız Holding has developed over many years. The current investment portfolio also reflects this strategy.
