Gözde Girişim complies with the Capital Markets Legislation communiqués that regulate accounting standards regarding standard financial statements and reports, in accounting transactions and in the preparation of financial statements.
Annual financial reports and the related independent audit reports stipulated in the regulations of the Board on independent audit are disclosed to the public within 60 days following the end of the accounting periods.
Interim financial reports are disclosed to the public within 30 days following the end of the relevant interim period. In cases where the interim financial statements are subject to independent audit, 10 days are added to the notification periods.
