In line with its corporate social responsibility commitment, Gözde may provide donations and aids to the persons, associations, foundations engaged in the social, cultural areas and education, educational institutions and companies and public establishments and institutions according to the principles set forth by the Capital Markets Board and in the Turkish Code of Commerce provided that approval is obtained from the board of directors. In the donations and aids provided with the decision of the management, the Company’s vision, mission and policies as well as the Company’s ethical principles and social responsibility policies are taken into account when determining the type and amount of donation or aid and in the selection of the institution, company or civil society organization. The donation and aids so provided are included in the agenda for the ordinary general assembly of the relevant year and submitted to the shareholders’ attention.
